OUR FRAMES AND FURNITURE POLICY:
As our products are completely hand made from scratch, we spend a lot of time making the perfect piece for you. Therefore we can’t accept returns for our frames and furniture unless they are delivered not as specified, or if they are damaged in transit.
If your item arrives not as you ordered it, or damaged then call us on 07713142177 or email firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 working days of your delivery date and we will happily refund or exchange your purchase. We will even pay for the delivery.
